Pam Bailey was delighted when one of her students from the last stitchery class came into QH with her completed stitched owl.
Elaine had drawn the owl and then used some of the stitches learnt in the class to embellish. Now it is nearly ready to give away for Christmas!
Pam Bailey will be teaching another stitchery class on Saturday 21 April from 1.30-4.30pm. We are seeing more and more interest in adding stitchery to patchwork and quilts. Do come and have a go in a very relaxing class.

Thank you for showing my piece of work, unfortunately my name is Elaine and not Janet.
Have changed backing fabric to a fabric purchased in shop much better.
Was a relaxed and informative class

I am so sorry Elaine!
Elaine’s owl is lovely – she is very clever and can draw her own designs. I usually have to copy mine!!!
There is a lovely new block of the month starting in the new year by Lynette Anderson which has some lovely stitchery designs on it. Take a look at the QH web site.
